Design & build tailored Archer solutions

Partner with you to understand your objectives, identify appropriate Archer licensing, & execute the phases below:

  • Define initial requirements for the solution: fields, workflow, access control, reporting, email notifications, etc.  Document requirements in the appropriate format: wireframe depicting field layout, process flow diagram, user stories, a simple list, etc.

  • Configure solution in a non-production Archer environment. Demo configuration so that progress is transparent and to encourage Q&A to uncover additional requirements.

  • Complete a formal user acceptance test exercise to validate solution functionality.  Address actionable test feedback & conduct retesting.

  • Develop a user guide covering key process steps with screenshots.  Train the team responsible for solution roll-out so they’re prepared to train end users.

Draft Admin Notes intended for Archer Administrators and power users responsible for ongoing maintenance and support.

  • Migrate the solution to the Archer production environment. If appropriate, populate the solution with legacy or contextual data. Provide post launch support for first few months.

Provide Archer Administrator bandwidth

Assist with day-to-day administration & growth of your Archer environment on a part-time or full-time basis. You get a reliable resource with experience across multiple Archer deployments and a Big 4 consulting background.

Consider this model if you’ve recently experienced Archer Admin turnover, or are attempting to modernize or roll-out new Archer solutions and need extra bandwidth.

Guidance on Archer customization, licensing & hosting

Advise on topics like those below so that you can make an informed decision and avoid costly mistakes. Reach out for an independent perspective:

  • Custom solution ideas: Is my custom solution idea feasible? Are other Archer customers using the tool in a similar fashion?

  • Licensing optimization: Are we using what we’ve licensed, or could we save money?

  • Out-of-box use cases: Should we purchase this out-of-box use case? Does it meet our needs?

  • Hosting options: Which hosting model should we go with: on-premise or SaaS?
