Define initial requirements for the solution: fields, workflow, access control, reporting, email notifications, etc.  Document requirements in the appropriate format: wireframe depicting field layout, process flow diagram, user stories, a simple list, etc.

Configure solution in a non-production Archer environment. Demo configuration so that progress is transparent and to encourage Q&A to uncover additional requirements.

Complete a formal user acceptance test exercise to validate solution functionality.  Address actionable test feedback & conduct retesting.

Develop a user guide covering key process steps with screenshots.  Train the team responsible for solution roll-out so they’re prepared to train end users.

Draft Admin Notes intended for Archer Administrators and power users responsible for ongoing maintenance and support.

Migrate the solution to the Archer production environment. If appropriate, populate the solution with legacy or contextual data. Provide post launch support for first few months.
